Oh, so about 2 hours after the first polls closed, and while Wisconsin's polls had just closed, Biden made this speech talking about having won Wisconsin when it hadn't even begun to be counted, and he somehow had over 200 electoral college votes as shown on the screen, and talked about being 3,000,000 votes ahead in the popular vote when Trump was ahead in the popular vote until the next day? There's no doubt at all that Biden was the first to jump up on national television to insinuate he won, and he did it on the night of the election, well before the votes had been counted, and well before Trump made a similar statement. These facts are already verified by the documented record. The only real issue here is you are not being sensible. -

You'll notice how Biden says things like "we have to be patient" and "we feel good about where we're at." Neither of those are declaring victory.
