That video was posted on November 4th, and was well AFTER his first comments earlier in the night. Cmon man.
He says "after a long night" and talks about being ahead in both Wisconsin and Michigan, which he wasnt until later in the morning on the 4th and again, well after Trump had declared victory earlier in his little voter fraud speech.

Biden, in your video, discusses having won Wisconsin. He was behind in Wisconsin until late in the morning of the 4th. The video you shared is from sometime late yesterday morning or afternoon. Trump's initial comments were at around 3 in the morning, and you're trying to tell me that Joe made this speech BEFORE that? When everything hes saying in your video wouldnt have even been the case yet ? Interesante -
