phenibut is beginning to be classified as a controlled substance all over the world anyway so thats that. anyway, coke is for niggers and my experience with heroin was not positive, tho i believe i was sold bunk.
i dont like stimulants to begin with, i derive little to no benefit from them. -

What do you mean classified as a controlled substance? As far as I know there's not really been a huge push against it except in Europe. I kind of doubt it'll ever be banned here in the US. It's not like it fucks you up or anything. It doesn't really send people to the hospitals. Barely recreational and anybody who abuses it knows its a dumb drug to be addicted to. I don't see it making those new drug craze headlines.
