Im not absolutely sure but you'd likely need a much purer substance to insuflate them. I reckon most of those tablets would be binding agent etc. Scopo is administered to the subject by blowing a small amount in their face and they breathe it in. It disables the part of the brain that deals with judgement. So you're unable to lie or decide something is a bad idea. You become extremely suggestable. There used to be a vice doc on yt. Search 'devil's breath' which is what south americans call it. -
