    As, i understood it... not ALL the states have the upgrades for "mail-in" ballot tracking, etc. (It's Not that TRUMP doesn't want people to vote!) which leaves such areas open to the possibility of fraud. for ex: the ballot harvesting IIhan Omar is being investigated for doing in the Somali neighborhoods of MN. get the facts straight, instead of flapping off typical "liberal rhetoric" of how TRUMP doesn't want people to vote:..
