   Quick acting fent is kinda' a bumemr though. I get nose spray fent on occasion these days, and it's about awesome for an hour then you kinda' crash.

   i wouldnt know about the duration because i got it during a surgery that took like an hour or two. they didnt give me enough at first obviously because i didnt tell them i had a history of abusing opiates, but once i told them and they gave me more all i could think about was how as soon as i got out of there i was going to go to my heroin connects house and get high, and i did

   It's dat opiate lifestyle bro. Opiates are my one true love with regards to drugs. Only thing i ever managed to get physically addicted to. Oh and nicotine, that shit is hard to quit as well yo.

   yea same for me. i had to quit though because they make me literally insane. idk what it is, i can handle my shit on any other drug. high dose mxe, lsd, meth, other stims (ok, until it turns into a months long bender) i can do and still act fairly normal. but once i do heroin i totally lose control of my actions and turn into a totally different person and i really dont know what the fuck kind of shit i'll do next.
