did you see the coroner's report for the guy that Kyle shot in the head? The headshot was just a graze; death was most likely caused by two shots from behind, one hit a lung and the other smashed his pelvis (lol).
in all likelihood it was his friend that killed him by accident - from the videos it doesn't look like he ever turned his back on Kyle -

No, like I said earlier, I haven’t looked into this case heavily, but the article hiki 1st posted, it discussed much of the evidence against him. It doesn’t lean in his favor.
This will be a fiasco of a case because of the political inferences involved. It’s gonna be interesting. -

This is just a completion of that followup by IL police. None of his charges in WI have changed. He is still being charged as the murderer he is.
