    Thanks for your patience while I reviewed this proposal. I’m afraid I’m going to have to pass on ivesting half in your 1950s streamline trailer co-op/ hot dog diner and mini resort. Unfortunately the proposed piece overlaps a bit too much with other interest I've taken interest in. I hope you find a good highway underpass to park it for your investment and sucess in a mellennials boom in the miimalist movement of micro resorts and hotdog cafes.
