They may have to take a lot of time off for raising children (which makes them a hiring risk), they suck at negotiating salary raises so they get paid less, and women working means peoples kids are often raised by strangers - if they're ever born at all.
Plus people would realize how badly they were underpaid if they didn't have dual incomes. -

At one time I managed 16 employees who were 95% women. It was a fucking nightmare for 2 years straight. Constant bickering and back stabbing along with excuse after excuse for missing work or showing up late. Never ending complaints were always my favorite. This place wasnt some mcdonalds bullshit either. It was a pretty high end place.
Now that I've since moved on to a new position where 95% are males - very seldom do I have to deal with the same issues I had to with female employees -
