You shouldn't be the one talking to them you sound like a monotone mongoloid with issues. Most realtors stay away from that. If you have a decent buddy or family member that can speak,dress well then get them to do your meetings.
Get & use a PO box or private mailbox service & use that on your applications. Prospective realtors check current addresses & 9 times out of 10 judge potential renters by their current living situation. Dirty dump = the same in the client. Also have some "decent" associates cover you for good rental references.
Don't appear so fucking desperate, places other than charity welfare drives don't want a needy/worrisome tenant that calls numerous times a day when told they would contact them. That's clearly not following rules & indicates you'll likely be trouble.
Or simply just cash in your obvious mental deficiencies & get SSI/D. You'll then be eligible for subsidized housing & get help w/ your horrible spending habits & health. You likely won't be able to play house,shack up w/ Shell there but let's face it you probably only do that as you're co-dependent on her income.
