anyway, its a new day and i might have to reavluate now that i have the contrast. i resumed organizing my porn today for maybe 20 minutes before i got distracted and started doing something else before getting distracted again and posting intermittently to NIS, then doing something else mid-post without finishing it before returning to something else again. i am wasting a lot of time and getting little done.
my focus was definitely better on that racetam, so in that sense i did have better mental clarity but that is about it. i get it that focus and happiness are completely different things but i expected better from all the reports i read. every other racetam is rated as worse than this one so this is the best that is out there?
very very disappointed.
why do people take this with e? i dont get how increased alertness helps a roll.

it has neuroprotective properties, so I guess it could be used as harm reduction. It can help remove hangovers and reduce/remove loss of memory while drunk depending on how much of what you take.
If you're wanting something with fast noticeable effects, try drugs.

Too many people look at these nootropics as some alternative to drugs or something; these are not drugs, they are designed to have a certain use.

wait, this is something i gotta take every day? i already have insomnia so this isnt for me i guess, i dont need to make it worse.
and i am abstaining right now so gotta desist from drugs. it does suck ass though.
