they keep calling me to get me to upgrade my plan and to install their anti virus. but i never use windows and i only use mint Linux.
i told the bitch 3 times i dont need anti virus, then the bitch told me linux are windows are the same thing and that i still need anti virus.
i had a sudden urge to shit, so i went to the toilet, put the phone next to my ass and started to shit.
she heard all that shitting noise and flipped out then hung up.

Are you positive it's Comcast? Did you take down her name?
Next time they call, write down the name of who you talk to, the time you talk to them, and of course the date. Call back and say you want to cancel because Bob called you at Bob o' clock yesterday and peddled aggressively. Push to cancel until they give you a discount. That's the only way to do it with these people. When I had Comcast my wife would threaten them every 6 months with cancellation so that we could retain our price. When they stopped doing it we left. -

did the same thing with the internet provider where i live.
they had a low introductory price then 12 months later it went up 150% on my bill with no other notification. they just expected me to magically pay that amount. i called...told them im not paying that, so they extended the offer for another year. ELEVEN months later...on the 11th month (as in i didnt get 12 months that the rep told me id get)...the bill came for the increased amount which was something like 150% or 200% increase. (i dont remember specifically.)
called again. complained. they changed it to the current special introductory rate which was something like 75% or 100% increase. a year later...they tried to increase it...same way...magically appearing on my bill. they allegedly didnt have an special offers and wouldnt do anything about the new increase so i cancelled it.

I get that. when I was mid-college i got to work for those bastards as customer service/billing agent but the call centre asked me for sales too because why the fuck not. long story short, My job was to fucking apologize to every custommer that called telling me that their price had escalated 200% and they woulndt pay that, and as you say, i had to pretty much beg them not to cancel their contract and reset their account so that it would give them at least 6 more months with the initial lower price. Working for them sucked as hard as it must suck to be their custommer. Specially since we didnt work WITH them. but rather a french telecom company that does the tech and custommer support for other companies so that they dont have to carry that shame themselves, and those bastards would always look for the most ridiculous reason not to pay you. If someone at HR decided you had gone on too long with one custommer theyd discount the whole day from your paycheck, so in the end theyd be paying you less than half of what they were supposed to pay you. I dumped them and got a job as a waiter in a bar and got a lot more money from that, and I also got to smoke a lot of pot on the job -

I wish the old dish internet service was cheaper than 99 bucks and got at least 50Mps with continuity stream. you would think wireless is the way to go these days. -

that shit is garbage. everyone i know that uses it says it fails when the sky gets cloudy. if theres a thunderstorm they get zero connection.
