Probably one of the only accurate things to come out of reddit:

It's becoming increasingly obvious that the current state of unrest and disruption is less the result of police actions and more the result of complete fucking moron civilians willingly getting whipped into a frenzy over non-events or misinformation spread on social media.

Apparently he had pulmonary edema and his lungs were 3x their normal weight with fluid.

The neck restrain was standard procedure.

And they did help him, they called emergency services early on to render medical aid.

No crime was committed here by the police officers, I feel bad for the officers who have been a target of an undeserved amount of hate when they should be praised for protecting their community by preventing an overdosing junkie from driving a vehicle.

So cops arent trained to give any medical help whatsoever? If a guy was stabbed and bleeding out after committing a crime, cops are supposed to simply restrain him and offer no medical support because that's the paramedics job? Maybe they even stab him a few more times just to make sure he doesn't do any more crimes right then and there?

What’s fatal for one man, might be a minuscule amount for repeat users, you know this.
It would probably be fatal for me, but not a regular user.

That happened due to the blockage of his airway. The autopsy is after they die😂

I mean, if I was Derek Chauvins attorney, i still know how i would approach this and i like to think i could make a good enough case to instill the reasonable doubt needed for the jury to give a not guilty verdict, which unfortunately I feel is going to happen. I dont know who the prosecuting attorney is but I also think if I was the prosecuting attorney I could get the jury to vote guilty on the charge of manslaughter, which is what I think it should be, and is/was. Or negligent homicide.

It looks like murder to me, but that won’t fly, so negligent homicide or manslaughter should fly. I don’t know what they’re charging them with.

I'm not trying to discredit what your saying but I also hate terms like "that should fly" when it comes to court cases. Unfortunately that's common speak. "Ok, let's go with "so and so charge" that should fly, that should stick. Yeah well get em on that one." It sounds so casual and BLAHZAY (I dont know how to spell that actual word)

Yeah that'll fly. I dont like that.

I’m just stating what charges I think will stick, I have no clue what they are charging them with.

Except his airway was never blocked.

And he was complaining of being unable to breathe before he was even arrested.

I know this is highly complicated, but try to keep up.

This is exactly why I think the prosecution will win.

Except they also need to demonstrate that that was what killed him.

    Who said so?

And he was complaining of being unable to breathe before he was even arrested.

He was on drugs and paranoid as fuck, that’s obvious.

Yes he would have died within half an hour providing the cops never stopped him he was overdosing on a fatal amount of drugs, and since he was driving a vehicle he might have killed innocent people.

Thank god the police stopped him.

He was literally in the process of dying froman overdose when he was stopped so yes, the amount in his system was fatal because he was dying and died from it.

    "He was overdosing"

    That's not how overdoses work.

"He was having a heart attack"

People have heart attacks and live. What you dont do to help them is attack their heart more.
