applying a tshirt is literally what is taught in advanced courses for severe trauma (severe bleeding)in first aid. microbe infection is a moot point if someone enjoys a good bout of exsanguination. any infection is dealt with later with injected antibiotics.
the hilarity of the situation was that the entire purpose of applying pressure to a wound is to stop heavy bleeding by allowing the body to do what its supposed to do...yet there was no severe bleeding. there was more blood coming out of that dudes nose that the actual GSW.
also...even a grazing hit from a projectile going about 3,000fps (depending on what round he was using) on the skull at that short range is more than enough to cause death. -
