talk about dishonest use of language:
Trump has repeatedly and baselessly alleged that the FBI inserted covert operators in his campaign.
The claim is that his phones were tapped and recorded even though they only had a questionable warrant for one of his aides, it doesn't matter whether or not they had a 'spy' in his campaign.
He also alleged, without evidence, that former President Barack Obama had intelligence officials tap his phones, a claim the report is also expected to undercut.
Not really what the claim is either - the claim is that Bongo, being sitting president at the time, knowingly allowed the FBI to spy on a presidential candidate and that he was possibly even the one who ordered it.
