Biden is a private individual and is therefore not under any legal constrictions. He can do whatever he pleases…at this time. Hell, he's not even the official Democratic nominee as of yet.
Was that simple enough for you to understand, Jiggy?
Right it's no problem right now as he is unlikely to win...
but IF he becomes president then it does become a problem. He is no longer a private individual and the position of V.P. is a public position...and that candidate was selected using sexual discrimination.
Doesn't matter when that happened, it's reality when the position is actually filled.
ETA: Even setting aside the legality of it, the moral factor of discrimination from the "anti discrimination" party is laughable and quite typical of the hypocrisy driven dems. -

How about reports from Fox News? Do you believe them?
Here is an article about Fox calling Trump out about his Kamala Harris "birther" crap...just like he tried doing to Obama.

Which part of it do you feel is inaccurate? are you suggesting the VP isn't a public position/job??? or that Biden Didn't upfront state and then follow through on selecting a woman? (thereby discriminating against male candidates)?
Idiot be thy name.
As you note it's not important if he loses...but if he wins it is...and the selection for VP would have been on based on sexual discrimination. -

He didn't really address the legality...IF she becomes VP then the sexual discrimination stands at that point...the selection doesn't matter at this present time he's right about that...but it will when and if it is played out and she becomes V.P. based on a sexually discriminatory selection process. -

So your logic here is "it's ok to be discriminatory because everyone else so far has been".
lolol, fucking gold.
The difference is the claim of being progressive...but then not being. -
