and @MmQ i do that too in a different way. when i have a lot of energy i'm shitposting or playing video games, when i have average energy i'm listening to the same song on repeat sitting still occasionally replying to a facebook message, when i have below average energy i lay down in my bed completely awake for hours so i can dissociate into my thought processes and forget i exist. my own mind ruminates on itself in the dark when im bored enough. -

Being on speed, laying in the dark having my mind ruminate on itself or imagine all sorts of things in exquisite detail is one of my favorite pastimes. My imagination becomes exceptionally vivid when i am on speed. -
2017-03-05 at 1:40 AM UTCsophie for example you probably watch anime when you're bored for me watching an anime show would be too mentally exausting to focus on for more than 30 seconds. its probably an ADD symptom too.

you ever go meth catatonic where youre so busy developing your ideas you lose any sense of the outside world? im convinced it either destroys the brain or constructs it. i understand the tech meme now. -

It's called cognitive strain. Our brains, quite unfortunately so, are naturally averse to things that require effort. We've been shitposting for the better part of 10 years, when we do this we experience what is called cognitive ease. Feels bretty gud. -

Generally not when laying down, but if i am gaming or programming io will lose all sense of time, save for the time i have to re-dose. Like a methclock.
Yee, methclock is a trianglism word. -

remember when malice made up an alarm clock that injects you with meth when you wake up
he also had an idea about a naloxone autoinjector which tbh is a really good idea which could save a lot of lives and $$$ -

Yeah i remember, he talked about heart rate monitoring or some shit, oxygen levels in the blood. The machine would watch these and administer naloxone when it would deem it necessary. Sucks if you're an addict, insta-withdrawal, the robotic jedi strikes again!
