There will be. Lot of young slampigs there who like sleeping with older men and also lots of bintendo. Maybe turn the vasemebt into a small underground nightclub called sovonos where smoking is always allowed and there's roman baths and toilets. High level members will also gain access to the hydraulic dildo club
What else would you lile to know -

How would you pay your property taxes, utilities, homeowners insurance, and pay for routine maintenance of the home? I have only owned three houses in the 40 years I have been legally allowed to enter into contracts. I paid cash for all of them. The first one cost me around $1200 per month to operate between the aforementioned expenses while housing a family of 5. The second one was the least expensive to operate but it was also the smallest and least valuable property. It averaged about $450 per month to cover its nut. The one I am in now, not counting propane as I have not yet used the first tank and am unable to calculate that cost at this time, is running me around $400 per month plus whatever the propane costs actually are.
These numbers do not include what it takes to maintain the homes in terms of repairs and either equipment to maintain the landscaping or a service for that purpose. Not do they include food, clothing, entertainment (internet, streaming, video services, telecommunications etc), transportation costs, or even clothing.
So even assuming that Indiana is as shitty as Cleveland or Detroit where you can buy houses for as little as $10,000 how long do you suppose you could go without working before you ran through the other $30,000? Even if you could run the house for just $300 per month you would be broke in 8.3 years. That is if you didn't eat otherwise if you just have to have food and can't control your urges you will run through that $40,000 in less than 3 years. -

Fundamentally I see what you're saying but as far as not being able to tell how much propayne you're using thats not quite right. You can just weigh the tank. And then weigh it tomorrow then you'll know how much you used.
As far as the rest of you're numbers I'm going to have to do my own calculations because something just isn't adding up. You might need to double check with you're accountant to be sure those figures are acurate. Where, exactly, did you get these figures exactly? -

my place in vt cost $27,000, $500 a year for taxes, $1500 for a log truck of wood to heat the place for 6 months, I just started a fire in the woodstove tonight and around 5 grand for internet, electrik and propane -

The tank is bolted to a cement pad and holds 800 gallons. Yes I could go out and read the gauge and do the math. But I am sitting in the AC and honestly not the least bit concerned how much it costs.
I can't believe I am having this discussion with you. How could you possibly know what my costs to run my houses might be? You don't know the size, condition, area, types of appliances, size of the HVAC systems, or any information needed to argue with me over this. -

And... what gauge are you going to read exactly, Spanky? And how exactly do you know what information I have or need exactly? -
2020-08-05 at 2:03 AM UTCIf I had 40k, I'd move Jolean and Archie and I out of this one horse town, Beefa Tx, and go have kids and get a pontoon boat by the lake in Austin Tejas.
