My mom passed a drug test by drinking a shitload of water and exercising a day or two before the test
She smoked some very potent weed the night before, too. Got the idea from some dude on totse. Sifted through tons of methods, but that was the only one that people agreed on -

Most places test for dilution these days, so that's a bad idea.

Tell that to the people I've known and elsewhere that used that method successfully.
Water alone can do it, but the exercise loosens thc and more importantly the metabolites of it that they test for. It's crucial to not exercise a day or two before the test with this method though. -
