I'm not going to analyse the whole list, but just on the face of it at least a few are either fabricated, insubstantiated or phrased in such a way to obscure the real reason it was done.
Does it not make you suspicious that the mainstream media have not attacked previous presidents in such a way? -

In fairness they attacked Bush the Younger, and even Reagan.
Even though those people were totally controlled, you know who flip out when whites try to assert self determination. -

Not in the same way or to the same degree. I can't say I was old enough to remember anything about Reagan but I definitely saw plenty of Bush.
I'm not talking about general or policy criticism, I'm talking about the constant nitpicking about phrasing, the 'fact checks' and these running tallies of everything he's done 'wrong'. It stands out in peoples' minds because it's so unprecedented. Trump is the worst because there's nothing to compare his litany of errors to.
In a recent article Saker, who was in Military force planning in the USSR and lived through the collapse, mentioned that he'd not seen the media go after any politician, let alone an elected president, as hard as Trump... Neither in the former USSR, Russia, France or the US. -

The fact that you look at the media and not Trump as the reason for this says it all. -

There's no money in media any more, so the only people who go into that field tend to be losers and activists. -

Again you think negative press is because of the media and not Donald Trump. If you do and say stupid shit on the national stage, you're going to get negative press. How is that difficult to understand?
To even compare Trump to other presidents and the press they received is a joke.
The closest comparison would probably be Pat Buchanan. And look at the coverage he received. He wasn't as successful with his brand of bullshit but I'm sure that would've been a difference story had there been social media for conservatives to like, share and retweet. -
