- They pronounce 'Beowulf' as ' Bay Oh Wolf' - They think 'Chaucer' rhymes with 'Saucer' - The use 'angst' to mean 'angry' - They have zero athletic abilities for any language except English, not even easy stuff like French/Spanish/German - They love LOTR but can't finish the books. - They think TV and movies are high brow entertainment
Anyone else have any other pleb warning signs they want to share?
1.Tacky red and gold decorations with lots of dragons and so on.
2.Location in Chinatowns or areas with lots of Chinese customers.
3.Focus on a regional Chinese cuisine (like Hunan or Yunnan or Taiwanese)
4.Menus not in English or they need to go searching for one.
5.She’ll be really good at hiding and keeping things from you because you’re not reasonable.
6.If she’s brave enough, like me, she will learn to live without you. A mother-daughter bond will be alien to her because there are so many things she can’t tell you.
7.If she loves you more than she loves herself, she will develop depression, anxiety, and/or other mental disorder/illness.
8.If she chooses to make you happy, she’ll push herself to fall in love with a man. Any kind of man. He may be abusive and beat her or cheat on her, but it won’t matter because in her mind “Mama wants me to f*ck a guy, he’s okay”. Or maybe she’ll find a nice man, but they’ll soon have problems because she most probably will not enjoy any kind of intimacy with him. (Poor guy)
