   Or any site, really. I've tried them all. Banning is merely an inconvenience, and not a genuine deterrence at all. The best deterrence is just plain old fair play and justice and reasonableness, along with the ability to communicate properly. Lanny has none of that. That's my only complaint with him; he just doesn't have what it takes to be a great mod, and he's proved it time and time and time again. He makes a great tech to work on the BBS, but other than that, he's completely useless. He's the actual detriment, in this case.
