My father beat me the least, which makes his failure to stop the beatings perhaps the most disappointing fact of the situation, from a child's perspective it constitutes betrayal.     I think like anything it's a case by case thing like obviously there are kids that were severely abused by their parents that ended up being scientists and surgeons and whatever, and then of course the opposite.

    As a whole I think its pretty fucking sad to use violence against your own kid but then again I see why some people do it , LOL.

    It does kinda remind me of that family (§m£ÂgØL, that one I mentioned and played that audio clip of) where it clearly doesn't work. Like all day long they're just screaming at their kids and their kids are screaming back at them. Like it's so painfully obvious that the SCREAMING TECHNIQUE isnt working.
