If you pay attention they also make the 'lag' on his voice ramp up whenever he starts answering a question they don't want him to. It'll zoom in, and then he'll suddenly talk fine. They also use this effect to highlight phrases that they WANT you to hear Cuban saying, like "Everything is going fine" "Bank account going up" etc. This becomes most evident after 7:00 or so once they start arguing. They know Cuban is going to say some shit they don't want people to hear.
Check how FOX makes little side remarks to insult their guest they're supposed to be interviewing. "You can put that on a bumper sticker".

If anyone tried talking over me during an interview, I would just sit there silently until they shut up and then would inform them that I knew exactly what they were doing and that I would be walking out if it continued. I would inform them that they were disrespecting me and that I would not tolerate it. I would call him (or her) out on their bullshit and not tolerate it. I would make it a point to let them know that I would only deal with an adult.
