They don't mitigate risks whatsoever. In fact, a double blind study came out which shows wearing a mask increases your likelihood of getting the virus, because they provide a false sense of security. Only the uneducated idiots who never did the actual research don't know a mask is entirely useless against this virus. The virus particles are 0.004 microns, and even the N95 can only filter down to 0.30 microns. The virus is so small it suspends itself in your breath. A mask isn't going to stop you from breathing, and only a retard thinks you won't get the virus by breathing in an infected person's breath. -

I could go on but this study says literally the exact opposite of what you said.
Problem with that is, "significantly reduced" doesn't mean shit. All it takes is a single particle, and there are millions of them suspended in a person's escaped breath, so it doesn't matter that you stopped some of them. You just didn't interpret the study correctly. -
