They would have to prove intent. They only raised it so they could charge the other cops. Those Guys will walk. Manslaughter is the only shot they have. -

This is a statement from Hennepin County. He probably knew he was going to be charged beforehand given that it was his co-workers who locked him up. -

Not disputing it...but again plea deals are cut with the DA/prosecutor...usually after the accused is already arrested and charged...so simply because one was not reached before he was arrested doesn't mean the chance of one being cut is over...it's not. 99% of the time everyone prefers a plea deal because it saves the tax payers $$$$$ and obviously the gont gets a less time. -

I never said his chances of a plea are over. I just said that he tried to do it before he was even formally charged. I think he was trying to avoid going to jail at all.
I don't really care if he gets a plea or not. I just want his ass convicted for his crimes, and I want him to go to prison. They'll probably put him with the pedophiles or blue collar criminals tho, instead of with his fellow killers. -
