2020-06-04 at 12:22 PM UTCYup, for the most part it is, because I know who I am. You’re a different person every day, you don’t know who or what you are.
You are a whining damn baby -

You people are sad sad trash.
I don't gamble. and i wasn't saying “i bet" that was something I was telling you to do. I don't need to survive off of confidence tricks to feel secure about my persona
now tell me where I made a bet
this isn't one your animes with a recognized cliche ending -

Originally posted by Technologist If your discs deteriorate then you would be bone on bone, and need a fusion; although they didn’t do that for me, but mine wasn’t a typical situation. They put me on 800 mg of tramadol for 2 years while it self fused. If your discs are bulging with spondylolithesis, you you might need a discectomy with a laminectomy, not near as invasive as scoliosis spine surgery.
Us tall people have bad backs because our axial loading is very high😞
Yeah i think its both. Bone on bone and disc bulging in some places. And its been really hard to correct since i have kyphosis and hyperlordosis so the movements that help one exacerbate the other -

I never said I bet/wager/gambit anything like that.
I'm just defending my honor. I play by prison rules and that is how it is, you gotta cya (cover your ass) or be debased by parasites like you. sometimes you can be right and still not win

Your kyphosis is from you hunching forward all the time due to your height. Hyper lordosis can be corrected with core strengthening. I know it’s hard, trust me I know!
I like being tall, but my back doesn’t. -
2020-06-04 at 12:42 PM UTCThis has become an angerthread.
Hiki if you still feel that way look into fibromyalgia. That and depression could be wrapped up in a lot of how you feel. A lot of days now im too tired to even get up out of bed to shower or eat, and for someone this fat thats quite alarming. -

Yeah with the core strengthening though, most of the exercises involve a crunch- like movement, which mimics the hunching. Its fucking infuriating. -
2020-06-04 at 12:46 PM UTCSome truly believe fibromyalgia is real, I tend to disagree. It seems to be a catch-all diagnosis for people who have unexplainable pain. They told me I had it...........till they figured out what was truly causing my pain, a broken pelvis.
Don’t get me wrong, it may very well be a real thing with pain coming from fibrous tissues, but it wasn’t real when they diagnosed me. -

I know this sounds girly, but pelvic tilts also help a lot, and the only involve laying on the floor, rolling your pelvis up/forward, and hold for 10 sec. They’re awesome and easy. Just a thought. Can you tell I’ve been through weeks and weeks of PT?😂 -

In my case all my muscles....hands, arms, calves, back especially and in betwen my shoulder blades...are constantly burning and cramped. Even after no exercise. Even after a week with continual mild stretching. Just feel foggy all the time. Its not like a workout burn. Its like someone put a thin layer of icyhot over my entire body, and all the muscles feel tired and dead. -

Yeah i do pelvic tilts, bridges, planks, calf n quad stretches, sidelying clamshell, hip flexor stretches and then flys and rows every day. Its not even physically strenuous or particularly difficult to do, but it almost always flares me up enough to ruin my day. The weekends i skip, i feel so much better. -

This is essentially what an actually halfway decent chiro told my dad, but standing up. Back against the wall, lift knees to chin. Works amazingly for lower back pain. My dad has done it every morning for the last 10+ years and no longer becomes immobile from back pain.
I do it for a few days when i have back pain too. It helps. Depends on the type of pain obviously. It's not for all back problems -

Oh that is one of the best stretches there is for low back muscles. It is super helpful.
Sudo, scoliosis can be anywhere in the spine. -
