I want to say with pride, that will be the last time I drink.
Actually, I want to get back into exercise.
Since having had spine surgery in 2009 I wasn't able to Do pushups since I would get a loud popping sound and feeling in my back …. Well a few days ago I tried doing some pushups after fonaplat's pretentious statement about his scrawny methhead ass being able to take me down.
Well bitch boy, this hikikomori uses to do 200 pushups everyday and my goal is to get up to that and eventually 500 or 1,000.
I also want to get a pull up bar and treadmill.
I'm going to replace alcoholism with exercise.
If I could go back in time,I would have never started drinking and instead would have focused on exercise.
10 beers isn't a lot. Just saying. -

No, not with a slight one. Everybody has a slight scoliosis in their upper back that curves towards their dominant hand. You can read my xray report and it says slight scoliosis, it’s not a biggie. Your spine has to be shaped like an S to have surgery on it. I used to be in on those surgeries, they use xray guidance to place the rods. -

Well no im not gonna need it for that, but the spondylolysthesis and nerve impingement probably. And bone spurs. They said theres disc narrowing at multiple levels but they have to schedule an mri to see if discs are bulging. Im pretty fucked up though, and even the physicsl therapist said PT isnt going to fix an issue this progressed and degenerative. -

Quit cher whining after all these years, ya little dainty flower. It’s a non issue that you make an issue.
You don't know my situation, moron.
I swear I could be in agonizing pain and you idiots would accuse me of being a premadonna.
Telling me it's a non issue, you're a fucking imbicile you know that?
Are you such a cunt because you're salty of losing a tit or what.
I am constantly in a state of fatigue and fog, as if I am 90 years old or something.
Physically sometimes I feel like I'm on the verge of death, years ago I couldn't even walk a around the high school next to my apartment complex without feeling like I was going to fall over ... But no according to some stupid bitch on NIS I'm making it all up. -

If your discs deteriorate then you would be bone on bone, and need a fusion; although they didn’t do that for me, but mine wasn’t a typical situation. They put me on 800 mg of tramadol for 2 years while it self fused. If your discs are bulging with spondylolithesis, you you might need a discectomy with a laminectomy, not near as invasive as scoliosis spine surgery.
Us tall people have bad backs because our axial loading is very high😞 -

2020-06-04 at 11:50 AM UTCI really hate people like you tech.
You're a soulless NPC who thinks you should just go on without acknowledging anything.
You think of someone is in pain they should pretend it's not real, as if that's going to help anything.
You will never be in a similar health situation as me.
You're just a spoiled bitch who has no clue what it's like to live in pain or poor health. -
2020-06-04 at 11:57 AM UTCAnd you know considering you have children and even went through cancer you think you'd be more empathetic but no you're just another soulless idiot like all the others here.

NO, you don’t know shit. I’ve met 100s of people with Harrington rods in, and they live a productive life. One of my close friend’s 5 yr old daughter had Harrington rods put in at age four. She goes in every 6 months to have them lengthened. She’s a tough cookie, ya know why? Because her mom does not baby her and let her run the house like your Mom does. If your mom had forced you to go to PT, and work hard, instead of babying you, you might not be such a pussy.
Pain? bwahahaha. You haven’t a clue. Try 6 back surgeries later with an abcess in my spinal chord. I tell a doctor I had an abcess in my spine and they cringe because it is known as one of the most painful things you can deal with. That’s just the beginning. Try having a broken sternum, a broken pelvis, and rotator cuff repair.
Kid you know nothing about pain except how to use it to get what you want. Now fuck off!
