No absolutely not. Unless the hospital is VERY close and there are no cars... maybe. If you aren't too drunk.
But if you already crashed you're probably too drunk to drive already
I'd say the chances of a situation like this happening where you aren't too drunk, hospital is nearby, traffic is light, car is still driveable, person is on deathbed but you're fine enough to drive.... doesn't seem like a realistic situation.
All can be avoided by simply driving sober -

they don't have traffic lights in some parts of the country or even street lights for that matter. -

There's a known psychological phenomenon that basically makes all drivers prone to visually blocking out things like pedestrians, animals, and bikers in the road. This is why many bikers have flags. 99% of the time you'll be fine but it just takes one person to succumb do this human phenomenon. Nobody pays attention while driving the entire time. Your mind goes on autopilot.
It's not a question of if you are legally allowed to, but if you're willing to risk your life to get somewhere faster. That's why its fucking stupid. Austin is full of people who bike? Must be full of biking retards like you. Get a car faggit.
we have bicyle lanes here but sometimes you have to ride in the street when there are no side walks.. and sometimes theres not even grass.. so... you basically don't know what you're talking about again keenan.
And when you walk in someones grass/yard, you're trespassing and encrouching on them and they could shoot you for tresspassing because they don't know if you're there to rob them or rape them.
