why would i register a company and waste the time and energy to od this and money when i dont even know if i want to commit yet or if it will even be profitable?

You just keep track of all the money you get and if you make over a certain amount at the end of the year you report that income and pay whatever you owe to the government. I've known people that made thousands of dollars dog walking and they didnt want to get fucked over because they were advertising a lot and just wanted to make sure everything was legit.
I don't think you have to report it unless you start making the big bucks.

no i get it. you do it as a freelancer or report it via the 1080 but what if you have no 1080 subs means you never contracted with company to company basis but just worked with people on an individual basis wouldnt it mean it was just a person to perosn not business to business transactions? I know in usa it may be easy but in Poland it may be a bigger hassle as everything is so stuck in the past and backwards here for freelancers or independents. its like they expect you to report and register every little thing even before it becomes a success or you commit to it here. and the thing is in poland they have such a thing as u owa na dzielo or umowa alecrnia ehch are agreements but if no one signs them i dont even know what the point would be. unless i become so big competitors will wnat to get rid of me by reporting me to the polish irs or something.

Omg ... shut the fuck up and go do it. If it becomes a business, or you make more than what your country classified as taxable ... worry about it at that point.
