   Then again, the people who tested those animals could be idiots, or the tests could have been faulty. Too few cases and not enough information on how it was determined to award it any factual or presumptively correct basis.

    Any income over a certain amount (I don’t know what that amount is) that is not reported to the IRS, is a potential problem.
    
    Just print up a bunch of flyers and distribute them in your neighborhood. Post an ad on your local neighborhood app and neighborhood FB group.
    It’s all rather simple.

    but if you only take cash by hand or paypal how are they gonna prove you made over a certain ammount? and at most youll just pay a late fee right?
