What movie did you watch most as a kid? -
2020-05-06 at 10:37 PM UTCI don't remember any movies, per se. as a kid, I do remember watching some of the old Batman series or the old Pink Panther cartoons. Most of the time my Pa-pop sat around with a few fellas with their electric guitars & amps (my dad included) and played all the popular songs (at that time or Grand old opery tunes of Johnny Cash etc.) we congregated around and just listened to them all play music instead of watching television.
Can you water-ski? if so is it with one ski or two? -

I can do both, and barefoot.

2020-05-08 at 1 PM UTCInteresting question ... so it seems to a couple general types of people, I am very approachable. My ex brother-in-law asked me one day “you could have any man you want, why the fuck do you stay with my asshole brother” ... I laughed at him, and told him “I am never hit on by men, correction, the homeless people love me!” He was like “no really, I’m being serious” .. So we went down to the boardwalk several months later, he was teaching me how to rollerblade. I told him to pay attention to our surroundings and the men ... we bladed a couple of miles on a busy Saturday sunny afternoon ... 90% of the homeless men were cat calling, whistling. He also did not see not 1 non homeless man take a second look ... lol 😂 however, I have never not gotten a job if I land an interview and I want it. I also have a really great relationship with all of my clients.
What was the last thing you did, that you would like to do over (either improve it, or do it exactly the same)? -

Have my daughter fly in, again, from Washington for another Christmas Copper Mtn. ski trip/vacay just all us 4 girls. Improve: last year Gracie got pretty sick puffed all up, broke out in hives and had to go to the hospital. funny to us now, G- ended up fine, but we tease her on how she to go & 'ruin' the ski trip, etc. etc. lol
Are you a DIY home project type of person? If yes, what was the last DIY project you did. -
2020-05-08 at 2:13 PM UTCYes, to the extreme! I probably would have been a contractor, had I been a man or had some supportive role models ... my father, grandfather, great grandfather, and great great grandfathers were all master carpenters ... this is a loft bunk bed I designed and made for my grands room in my house, for Christmas.

very cool!
Some things I DIY, nothing as extravagant as you, tho, Sffs. lol. The last thing i did was fabric cover (same concept as wall paper but using fabrics) my bathroom. I've recently pulled it off because I'm re-doing it in something new.
again, same q. seems like a good one for some of the 'handymen' on here. -

2020-05-08 at 2:45 PM UTCI thought the 80's were a fun time. If only visiting...I've always liked the style of women of the 40's but I don't think I'd want to have lived during that time, tho.
What is one thing you would like to 'learn' about or 'learn' to do? why? -
2020-05-08 at 2:58 PM UTCThis is an interesting question ... I’ve been a lifelong lover of learning/trying new things. In all aspects of living life. But I’m also a perfectionist, so I don’t learn to just learn. I learn by doing .. it has to be for a purpose .. and I hate going backwards.... and I don’t fantasize either ... Uhg I really want to answer this question for myself lol
I want to learn how to stop using tactics such as not being my best, so that there is a good reason I’m not treated well

You are a victim of the patriarchy and antiquated gender roles. -

Where is your question please
Your parents sound cool (in a temporary, fun kinda way), but also cruel (in a long view kinda way).
If aliens came to Earth and offered to take you back to their home planet to become a slave, the only alternative being total decimation of humanity if you decline, would you risk the unknown and take one for the team? -

Sure .. if it were totally horrible I could just off myself later.
Will the long term effects of the covid-19 bullshit negatively impact your personal lifestyle for a year or more? -

I'm actually a legit hermit and radical introvert, so one would think that COVID wouldn't affect my mental state at all...
But for some reason it does.
I'm used to having the option of hitting up a bar once in a while to get some human interaction, but I can't even do that.
What if the aliens explicitly mention that they are taking you back to their planet to be a sex slave?
