The nutters are actually a huge problem online, and they're the main reason why free speech online simply doesn't work.
For instance voat was founded as an alternative to Reddit and gab.ai to Twitter. Both were established to permit free speech, especially "hate speech" (oy vey), but they both just filled up with disgusting nut jobs without anything interesting to say. -
