Been thinking about it long time now.
The only problem with upgrading the graphics card is that I don't kow how to enhancement the results to determin what will fit in my box.
I know its a small form factor and that the power can only be 35w for the gpu as its a dell...
So I just wanna go cheap and get a sff graphics card for it.
but what is a pci slot 1 two or thre3??
I located the pci slot.
Do I have to take my Dell integrated hd graphics out?
Can I get 16 gb of ram? I only have 8gb.
Do I need the exact same ram sticks?
Can I just get 2 cheap 8gb sticks??
What kind do I need?
If you guys can help me answer these questions I will start looking on ebay.

A graphics card uses the same amount of connectionson the motherboard. Its just a lil silicon chip than slides i to the thing on the mobo. Only deal is some graphics cards (most decent ones) are listed as dual slot bc they take up two spots in the back of the pc. If you take pics of all the i side n outside i can help u better.
You should honestly just save up $400 to start up a new computer that wont be doodoo. AMD onboard graphics will prollybe better than whatever sff graphics card ypu buy to couple with a 10 year old cpu.

I think I will just save my money for a gaming system.
Ill leave my computer to do computing.

yeah most of those 'corporate workstations' are fairly limited as to how far you can upgrade them anyway. you can probably build yourself a decent gayming computer for like $500-600

I dont need a power supply as I am pretty sure I can find old ones in dumpsters.
As for a case I can just use a file cabinet.
