If we ALL wore them, it would really help mitigate the virus. Now I’m talking about surgical masks, or 2 layer homemade masks, not bandanas.
If we ALL had them on, if a person with the virus coughs into their mask, it will stop most droplets from getting through. Droplets that do pass through the mask, the droplets trajectory has lost a lot of momentum. Then, those weak droplets have a very difficult time permeating the mask of a healthy person.
Just my thoughts. Seems common sense to me.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

People don't seem to get that they're supposed to be uncomfortable and that means they're working. Blocking off all airflow to your mouth and nose isnt suppposed to be fun.
It's not about simply covering your face. Its not a fashion requirement you know? Wear a real mask for fucks sake. They're like 10 dollars online for a reusable one or you can make one yourself for pennies -

It's not "just your thoughts", I said this at the beginning of the outbreak because this is the legitimate medically information that was dispersed by trusted authorities. It literally hasn't changed at all, only the situation regarding shortages. That's why this thread is born from sheer mental retardation. -
