2020-04-29 at 8:05 PM UTCYou're not supposed to get the deposit back. The way it works, you give proper notice, say one or two months or whatever, and then that deposit gets used on your last month's rent.

Its a civil matter and the only way it would affect his credit is if the company took him to small claims court and won. They more than likely will not win if fona shows good documentation that piss and shit have been coming through his ceiling and nothing has been done to remedy the situation in a timely manner -

with any documentation that human waste is presenting itself in any capacity into his apartment through no fault of his own there is zero chance the apartment complex will win any court case in any court within the continental US.

I thought you emailed the city/county/whatever months ago and they were "being made to fix it"?
Yeah, run out on a lease. That'll make people want to rent to you đź‘Ź -

nevermind. keep posting. and everyone else will keep pointing and laughing at you.
since you know so much why dont you tell me the criteria and how much revenue a company needs to pull in each year to be considered a reporter to one of the credit agencies -
2020-04-30 at 12:35 AM UTCThere’s different options but one option doesn’t cost a thing and you don’t have to have a minimum number of credit accounts.
Or you could hire a debt collector. -

Oy vey, it's almost as if he doesn't want free cholera or typhus included with his lease.
