   Fuck, I hate that city so much. It's genius though, like Lanny said. You keep all the niggers on the other side, like a bug zapper, you just keep them there so they don't infest SF.

   Haha, yeah, there was a scandal in newport beach I think where they were doing the same thing, although they were sending their homeless to some other LA orbital city.
