Another RIP thread

2020-04-14 at 5:58 AM UTCI'm still bothered by the passing of members, mostly sploo/John and Arthur Treacher/Crazymike with whom I'd both had a relationship beyond the site and hoped to continue speaking to. I've left prison and went to a computer and met my friends there, the same way a lot of you have. Of course nothing is forever but to leave this world so early like this is a tragedy. I still think about sploo on an almost daily basis and it makes me sad the most unique and beautiful souls are the ones who have passed. Although I'd never physically met these people I had shared thoughts and feelings with on a unique medium we shared. This can be more intimate than talking.

and anyone else I missed and miss. I would like to make something more permanent for these people if anyone can help. I hope you all take care of yourselves, unless you're a pedophile, but even if you are you've likely given me a modicum of enjoyment in my life and the lives of others. Just be good to each other. I know this is a gay thread but it just makes me sad when people I like go.

2020-04-14 at 6:04 AM UTCThanks fam, i live to give you a modicum of enjoyment. The way Sploo was going, it was going to happen sooner or later. Still, it's shitty that it did. Malice always talked about suicide, but his death was unexpected. Same goes for Juice.
Anyway, RIP to all the people we lost along the way. -

no it was just something technologist started posting about asking for his fail book, yet completely didn't accept that sploo died even though people here actually new he died, just because it wasn't her idea.

I'm scared that actro is died too. :( that's the saddest one of all honestly. To me. Not to him. He wanted it if he did it. They're all sad stories, victims of problems they often created for themselves.
Malice was like the autistic savant in all the police procedurals - extremely intelligent in a narrow field of subjects he found interesting but completely unable to develop the social skills required to really 'fit in'. A long time ago he thought it'd be funny to send xxxombie's titty pics to her (lawyer) mother along with posts from another forum member, claiming that he was grooming her. I don't think he really cared about xxombie at all, the entire point was just to drive the other guy off the board.
It's ironic that what eventually pushed him over the edge was that he wanted a social life but was unable to make personal connections, no matter how many drugs and supplements he tried.
Juicebox was a nice guy with a lot of very serious mental issues. He tried hard to fight off the psychosis but eventually gave in because he felt like he wasn't going to get any better and hurting the people around him was becoming inevitable. We had a lot in common; I could see myself going out the same way if I had it as bad as he did.
Sploo... I never really paid much attention to his nonsense prior to this site, so I could be off base. I get the impression that he originally started goofing off and doing retard drugs because he felt isolated and wanted the attention, but over the last few years it became apparent that daily high-dose DX'M and Diphen had had some serious effects on his brain development. Most people do dumb shit when they're young, but most grow out of it without permafrying their brains. It's a particular shame because he had a lot of potential; IQ test/logic pussle memes aside he was quite intelligent.
Judging by his videos, posts and some of his mother's writings, he didn't behave like a 'normal' kid growing up and they had no idea how to handle him. Thank you aldra, you articulated my feelings as they relate to the subject better than i have. Although i didn't see much of myself in Juicebox, he was genuinely a good person a deserved a lot better than what he got out of life. -

And yeah, i do have to agree that there is a lot to blame all their parents for. I know it was hard on them as well, but i think at least Juicebox and Sploo's deaths could have been prevented with better support from the start.
