    The reason people like me and tech have to keep showing up to work is because the system collapses without us. I haven’t seen or heard from anybody in management in like 3 weeks. We just keep running ourselves, just like we always have, business as usual

    I am part of the "essential" employee group too. And I am in management. I still go to work 6 days a week. Have to don gloves and face masks in travel and can only leave the base for work related tasks. I just dislike the term "essential employee" when 90% of us/them are on lower ladder rungs
