I even stepped outside to get fresh air and I got scared..
But looking back.. I legit think I experienced heartburn for the first time in my life..
I came to that conclusion because I never had heartburn and it was something I never experienced.. I think that’s what it was ..
I’m like damn .. I’m 36 for real now lmao -

when I go to work I feel ok but within 5 hrs I start getting a tight chest and I feel queezy, yesterday I started getting chapped lips from the wind and my nose was running a bit,, had me stressed for hrs last night -

I feel it at night, when I'm trying to sleep. I start to focus on my breathing, and I feel like I'm struggling to breathe or it's hard to get a good breath & I start hearing my heart pounding in my head, all while having intrusive thoughts of giving the virus to my daughter & parents. Lol it's out of control. When I'm doing things and not paying attention I have no trouble breathing lol crazy. -
