No, they don't. They just keep going up and up and up, until you stop them. There is no other way but up, when it comes to the filthy crony capitalists. Actually, it's written right into their shitty little business models, so they don't even have a choice.

TFW sober house is cheaper and bigger and better than everywhere else.

I understand that a lot of this is caused by me needing less than a 12 month lease but good grief

I took this bachelor once at $580/month, first month free. Within just 5 years the rats had raised the rent up to almost $900/month. Basically just forcing you to get another apartment, so they can then pull the scam on someone else.

    not really.

thats why the fed is printing money to bail companies out so that board members and share holders dont lose money.

So go find another apartment crybaby. Your shitty communist country should let landlords do what they want.
If rent is too high at aparement b vs. a, down the road apartment owner a can say hey if we lower ours to 100 less a month we will attract tenants

not when the same owner owns both a and b.

There's no competition here. They all band together and price fix and stick together on price gouging like shit on a bear's ass. Then they get a bunch of mindless shills to run around calling everyone commies and fascists and biggots.

Capitalism is good. Crony capitalism is bad. The two are like night and day. People pretend they are the same thing, but they're not. The difference is like comparing the light to the darkness.

Capitalism is literally the idea that people who have a lot of money should rule.

Not really. True capitalism is barter. You trade me a dozen eggs for six tomatoes. Crony capitalism is you trade me a million eggs for six tomatoes.

You can own your own farm, but not in a crony capitalist's world. In a crony capitalist's world, they own all the farms.
