1. Those are funded and run by state governments, not federal
2. it's not going to be enough to keep America afloat. They're investing some 850 billion dollars
3. Not everyone is covered under unemployment and who is covered depends on the state. Businesses don't pay out for every employee they have. The funds are not there for the vast majority of Americans to be going without work for weeks or a month. -
