You know how old people walk around like retarded mongoloid fucksticks, dramatizing their limps and hobbles and aches to garner every last drop of attention and sympathy they can muster from anyone who will give it? Well, I'm the total opposite. I'm fit as a fiddle and stride gracefully and deliberately when I walk. I neither want nor need any sympathy or attention for my old age. In fact, my body and mind are like that of a teenager. Literally. I could play football or baseball or basketball or enter competitions with the best of the teenagers, and I'd win. I don't have a single health issue, never take medications of any kind, have never been injured my whole life. Really, nothing at all has changed for me since I was in my 20's. It's as if I never aged at all. I plan on living at least another 50 to 60 years without issue.

I'm disease free. No ill effects whatsoever. Always have been. Never had to see a doctor once in my entire life. The key is being calm and moderate and sensible.

I'll bet they are, too. That's not necessarily a bad thing, though. Coating your lungs offers certain protections.
