The purpose of prison is to house criminals is what I ment.
The purpose of jail is to hold people until they're deemed criminals, or hold drunks for the night. Thus jail is not specifically for criminals, unlike prison.
I love niggas. I attempt to understand the situation they're in, and why they're in that situation. There's been many respectable achievements of the American negro and it is no small feat.
Ignoring the facts of why niggas are stereotyped the way they are, and instead blaming 'stereotyping', thinking that it's even possible to remove or diminish a human's nature to stereotype, is a silly idea.
Combat the racism against negroes by solving the root causes (violence, poverty, etc. embedded within the culture), not by treating the symptoms (whites stereotyping blacks for what many of them are). -

Yes you are. We live in a society, and we are all responsible for law and order. At the basic level that means keeping the justice system functioning, but at an advanced level doesn't that also mean ensuring that a culture/sub-culture doesn't emerge that encourages criminality?
