Broccoli = low calorie and fills you up
Beetroot = makes you feel good, no idea why
Sauerkraut = similar to beetroot, fermented foods are generally good
Spinach leaves = low calorie, fills you up, fiber allows food to ferment in a healthy way
Lettuce = fills you up and allows food room to ferment - not as awesome as spinach, but still good.
Tomatoes = fills you up, low calories
Add in some fillers like gherins, sweetcorn, etc, and a protein like chicken or soy, and a fat like coleslaw, and you have a guaranteed weight loss mixture .

I've never had juiced veggies, sounds gross unless you mix em with fruit. It almost sounds like OP doesn't like these things and wants to force them down via juicing.. I would so much rather just eat them myself, but anyway you can juice carrots with strawberries or tomatoes with strawberries or greens with blueberries I think... just be ready for it to taste like blueberries and dirt when you could have just ate them. Eat a multivitamin for starters.
