That's the victims' cousin, so it's likely she is not white.
There should be a law requiring the race of perps and victims to be stated, elsewhere the media cannot legally report on it. Course, that would be unheard of in PC culture.

You can't even go out after sunset in Africa without everyone looking at you all like "oh nigga, what's you at". Young black males are like vampires or something, they attack everything.
