Start the desalinization from ocean water revolution
use space x fleets to ship the salt to deep space or a dump on the moon
fuck you environmentalist. whatever dies in the ocean "because of the fine balance" will be replaced with the sturdier ocean life. Japanese are killing off all the ocean life anyways; with their greed fishing ocean dragnets. sorry Japan, not picking on you but it's true. this is one you truly are responsible for more than anyone else.
Now it's time for an abundance of fresh water year round. You want virgin soil, a new commodity of Africa.. Soil. it's rich and if the nations could not war for one minute and build a united nations of their own and invested everything in desalinization plants. they would be the new California and the New Chili and the new bread baket.
