I bought some 40 dollar turtle beach basic bitch gaming headset from Target a month ago and then used it all month and brought it back tonight for a full refund.
I dont ever return shit so I was nervous and had my excuse ready when she asked me was anything wrong with them I told her "hahaha no, no it works just fine but my son didn't think they were perfect enough." I was expecting her to ask more questions but she just nodded her head and told me "ok looks like you're return is $42.49 cash" and then just gave me the money.
The box was empty gimmick ran through my head and sudo and zoklet and everything. She didn't even open it. I could've returned a box full of my hardened feces and she would've literally oayed me 40 dollars for it.
Not to mention I could've just went and bought the same headset from them and then done it again until i never want it anymore. Like a free rental.
Return exploitation is funny.

The only CoD I got into at all was Advanced Warfare because I liked how quick it was with all the dashing. Never really enjoyed 'serious' military games, which might seem ironic since I'm downloading Exodus

On the topic of videogames I also got Battletech on sale because I love mech games and customisation. Unfortunately the tactics and customisation feel real shallow to me, which may be because I'm only a few missions in but I've seen other people say similar and it's going to be a slog just to see if it gets better.

I'm really not a gamer at all. What's gonna be fun to me now is just playing through the campaign on "realism" and seeing how long it takes me to beat it. I dont have to worry about anyone talking shit to me the whole time other than myself.

Yeah I typically only play online with friends, otherwise single player. I don't particularly like to mic up and am either too spastic or not spastic enough for most competitive play
