The likes of HTS and Scron will be put onto some "can't work/won't work" list and ignored. Maybe checked up on every 5 years or so.
The problem is welfare rates won't be reviewed. For instance in Ireland welfare 20 years ago was about €220 a week. Nowadays it's about €220 a week. I was on welfare 20 years ago, I bought food for the house and petrol for the car on it. Now, I spend that much on a shopping trip.
