we use those temp agencies as employment services. part of the contract is supposed to be not filching the workers but that doesnt stop us. they cant compete...the actual business pays more and the economy is too good. -

where i work pay is based on performance...and theyre reminded of it often.
the slags get shit pay...altho still decent for the industry...and they arent given any leeway but given plenty of adult supervision.
the actual workers get paid 'decent' and get a lot of leeway for the goofing off, lollygagging, and clock milking they do. -
